Coach Paige Davis
Coach Paige has been doing CrossFit with her family since April of 2011. It was the perfect way for her to spend time together with her family while instilling health positive habits! Coach Paige believes that exercise and movement of any kind is a great activity to share together as a family, which is what ultimately motivated her to get started with CrossFit Kids.
Upon getting her CL-L1 in 2014, she was able to start taking on weekend CrossFit Kids classes which blossomed into an entire program at her previous box. Coach Paige said, “Learning body control and the feeling of strength and capability that kids get from participating in CrossFit Kids classes is so beneficial to both [their] physical and emotional growth.”
Beyond teaching CrossFit Kids classes, she has also worked with children in varying capacities with coaching youth soccer camps, volunteering with after school programs, and after school group exercises classes for school children through the CCSD.Coach Paige believes that CrossFit Kids is all about building health positive habits that they can take with them throughout life, while having fun…with a side of heard-work and lots of sweat!
